The mission is therefore to ensure our organization has the tools for accomplishing our visionary ends. We do this with professional expertise, qualified equipment, and trained staff to introduce the country’s natural environment and ancient history of our people and cultures.
GOAL:
To achieve our vision and mission, we have designated the following goals:
- To provide thorough and appropriate training to the staff and guides who will be on the front-line servicing our visitors.
- To acquire and inspect all equipment used to ensure safety and protection.
- To create an efficient organization and ensure a smooth administrative operation.
- To create an attractive website that allows easy navigation for information, reservation and payments for the tours offered.
OBJECTIVES: To accomplish our goals we have specific, quantifiable, time-sensitive objectives:
- To increase our visitor numbers by 10 percent over the next two years.
- To respond to visitor’s complaints within a two-day turnaround.
- To set up timely routine schedule of safety inspection and repairs to ensure each visitor is safe and protected.
- We will continue to add more objectives as needed to accomplish our mission.
About Us:
Tour Belize Experience and Transfer Operation offers a wide variety of Belizean adventures and tours: cave tubing, zip lining, hikes in our national parks and monuments, trips to ancient archaeological ruins, and many more attractions of coastal and rainforest sites. This emerging company with more than ten years skilled staff is committed to provide educational but yet an unforgettable experience valuing safety as the top priority at all times.
Where are we located?
Tour Belize office is location at mile 37 half mile off the George Price Highway.
When one thinks of Belize, one sees the beautiful Caribbean Cayes (islands), the multitude of marine creatures and the second world largest coral reef.
NOW, you can experience the little known Belize of the rain forest and Mayan ruins. Let our tour guides give you a lifetime of thrills: walking, floating, flying through the caves, rivers, and rain forest to the Mayan ruins.
Get to know our Tour Belize Experience Company, which is locally owned and Belizean natives:
- Meet the co-owner and general manager, Hilario Mess, a Belizean from a long line of Mayan ancestry. Living in the village of Franks Eddy, he worked as the chairman of the Village Council and board of director of the National Association of Village Councils (NAVCO). He is fluent in Mayan Kekchi and Mopan; English, Spanish, and, of course, Belizean Creole! Not only known for his work with the villages, he is well known as a Mayan Harpist, a truly lost art.
- To assist you with your bookings, Ryan Mes is there to help you with all administrative activities to ensure that your experience at Tour Belize Experience will be memorable. Along with Hilario, he is in charge of training the tour guides and creating a customer-oriented team dedicated to service the visitors at all levels of the tour.
